2010-11 Annual Report cover

The NEPC Annual Report contains information on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs and information on the NEPC Service Corporation. Minor errors in some of the tables in the report have been identified - these are addressed in the correction of fact statement below.

Correction of Fact Statement

Minor errors have been identified in the 2010-11 NEPC Annual Report. These minor errors are not considered misleading. The identified errors are:

  • On page 110 of the Annual Report, as part of the New South Wales Ambient Air Quality report, a clause has been incorrectly transposed at the bottom of the Ozone table;
  • On page 228 of the Annual Report, a numerical error exists in Table 1 of the Western Australian UPM NEPM report, with the total for the middle column being incorrect;
  • On page 231 of the Annual Report, numerical errors exist in Table 1 of the South Australian UPM NEPM report, with all three totals being incorrect;
  • On page 232 of the Annual Report, numerical errors exist in Table 2 of the South Australian UPM NEPM report, with two of the totals being incorrect ; and
  • On page 235 of the Annual Report, numerical errors exist in Table 2 of the Tasmanian UPM NEPM report, with all three totals being incorrect.
